POLICY- A $1,000 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check in date will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $300.00 service charge. Cancellations made 60 days or less in advance of the scheduled stay will receive a refund minus a fee of $300. However, if we cannot rent the unit, then no refund will be returned for cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled stay.
 
Check in time is 2 pm. Check out time is 11 am.
